Retail Recruiter - Temps Division

Join our dynamic team as a Temps Retail Recruitment Consultant and help leading brands and luxury department stores find temporary workers who will help shape their continued success and support them through peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify, attract, and engage high-quality retail candidates through a variety of methods (job boards, social media, networking).
  • Screening & Assessment Centres: Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and match them with appropriate retail roles. This will involve running assessment centres of 25+ candidates per time.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment cycle from initial brief to placement, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both clients and candidates.
  • Rota Management: Manage our client rota's in excess of 50+ temporary workers per day and ensure candidate sickness, holidays etc. are backfilled and covered.

What We're Looking For

  • Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in recruitment (retail sector preferred but not essential) or retail management experience with a passion for recruitment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Customer Focused: A passion for providing excellent service to both clients and candidates.
  • Highly Organised: Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset and a willingness to support your colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Flexible Working: A hybrid work model (office and remote) to ensure work-life balance.

The role is based from our London office, but does allow some remote working. You will also need to be able to travel to other sites including Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham.
