Reed.co.uk is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join their Finance Team in Holborn, London.
**Overview
As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in all aspects of financial planning and analysis. You will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance our financial performance and provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with budgeting, reforecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Conduct variance analysis to evaluate business performance.
- Prepare financial reports highlighting key metrics for senior management.
- Analyse trends in KPIs and recommend financial improvements.
- Model short- and long-term financial scenarios.
- Support financial modelling for business cases and new initiatives.
- Assist with sales and revenue target setting, including bonus accruals.
- Contribute to pricing strategies for new products and renewals.
- Collaborate on process improvements and automation.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in FP&A or a similar finance role.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software is a plus.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CIMA/ACCA qualification preferred).
