Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer, Paddock Wood, nr Tunbridge Wells, £25-26k
Joining a busy industrial specialist, they are looking for a strong Administrator and someone who is happy to be on the phone, dealing mainly with candidates, to be reactive to people applying to new roles and ensuring they are processed on the system efficiently.
Key responsibilities and tasks
- Responding to initial job seekers via the phone, email and internet applications
- Screening CV's
- Ensuring all compliance admin is in place, including reference checks
- Interviewing candidates
- Writing job adverts
Skills and experience required
- Previous customer service and administration experience gained in a busy office
- Confident, a people person and ability to deal with people at all levels, enjoys banter in office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The Rewards
- £25-26k, 21 days holidays plus Bank Holidays, pension
- Office based, Monday-Friday 7.45am-4.30pm ideally or 9-5pm, onsite parking, must live locally and be a driver due to location.
- Opportunity to earn up to an additional £150 a month if KPI's reached.
