Title: Finance Business Partner (12 mth FTC)

  • Salary: to £70,000
  • Working pattern: Hybrid working (1-2 days office/3/4 wfh)
  • Location: Norwich city centre

Atkinson Moss Finance our supporting a dynamic business with the appointment of a Finance Business Partner for a 12 month fixed term contract.

This role will be the key finance partner in managing, reporting on and optimising both BAU and transformation budgets. We're looking for a high calibre individual with first rate communication, collaboration and business partnering skills.

Key performance areas:

  • Strategic Partnership and Insight: Act as trusted advisor and strategic partner to the team leveraging financial acumen to provide comprehensive insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • _Dynamic Performance Management: _ Continue to improve and refine performance measurement tools and processes, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities in real-time. Provide critical intelligence to the leadership team for informed decision-making, enabling swift course corrections and optimised performance.
  • _Strategic Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement: _ Support a comprehensive strategy for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Alongside the wider finance team, identify opportunities to reduce expenditures without compromising quality or satisfaction, fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • _Governance and Financial Control: _ Oversee governance and financial control environment to mitigate risk and ensure smooth audits.
  • _Team Strategy, Management and Engagement: _ Drive strategy and engagement, realising efficiencies and fostering a culture of continual improvement.

About you:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified and ideally degree educated.
  • Demonstrable business partnering experience at a senior level.
  • Good analytical ability with strong attention to detail, offering high levels of resilience to an ever-changing business environment.
  • Frist rate communication skills with the ability to present plans to support business decisions to both finance and non-finance
