PA/ Office Coordinator

Our client is looking for a PA / Office Coordinator to join a busy manufacturing company in Redditch. This is an office-based role full time working with a Senior Director supporting them with general admin support and PA duties.

PA/ Office Coordinator day to day duties include:-

  • Arranging & preparing for meetings
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior management team
  • Minute taking.
  • Processing expenses
  • Managing all travel and accommodation
  • Booking restaurants and ordering lunches for customer visits
  • Scheduling customer visits
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required to support the smooth running of the office including ordering stationary, meet and greet visitors.

The successful PA / Office Coordinator will have the following skills and experience:-

Previous PA experience

Strong admin and organisational skills

Strong IT skills particularly excel

Office management or coordinator would be advantageous.
