Up to £42,000 + bonus and benefits
City of London / Hybrid (2 days minimum required in the office)
The Company
Your new company is a growing, well-respected and Independent Insurance Broker, who are based in the heart of the City of London. They offer various insurance solutions to both businesses and private clients, with a strong, loyal, and solid client base.
Due to their recent success, this thriving company are now seeking an Account Handler, who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of Property Owners Clients (as well as some Commercial Combined and Professional Indemnity).

Role Duties
- Responsible for the day-to-day management for a portfolio of SME clients (inclusive of Property Owners, as well as Commercial Combined and Professional Indemnity)
- Responsible for dealing with client enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Building and maintaining relationships with insurers and clients
- Ensuring a high renewal retention rate by providing clients with a first-class service
- Issuing client documentation such as renewal invitations, mid-term adjustments, new business quotations and cancellations
- Supporting Account Executives and Brokers with larger accounts
About You
- 2 years + experience as an Account Handler
- Experienced in SME business (Property Owners Insurance is essential, Commercial Combined and/or Professional Indemnity) desirable
- Ability to build and maintain working relationships provide exceptional customer service
- Solid communication skills
- Have a hardworking, ambitious, and positive approach
