The National Sales & Retail Controller is a pivotal role, overseeing and driving sales growth in the UK. This role requires a result-oriented individual, who will ensure that sales strategies align with the company's goals and objectives.

Description

  • Directly manage buyer relationships across national accounts, holding full P&L responsibility. Over time, build a NAM team
  • Manage a team of in-store retail sales managers, with full responsibility for retail sales
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sustainable sales growth
  • Effectively coach, develop and manage members of your team, with regular 121s and alignment on KPIs
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively to ensure expectations are aligned
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for increased sales
  • Analyse data and regularly report back to senior leadership on performance
  • Manage sales budgets, terms and forecasts

Profile

  • Background in beauty preferred
  • Proven sales experience at national account level
  • Experience either working in retail or managing retail teams
  • Experience managing teams preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, organisation and influencing skills
  • Excellent analytical and presentations skills
  • Able to commute to a Central London office 3 days a week

Job Offer

  • A competitive base salary of £65,000 to £85,000
