We are currently seeking a CAD Designer to join our local client's team based in Halesowen, West Midlands. This long-standing company are looking for a CAD Designer to work in their office and factory.

The roles and responsibilities of a CAD Designer:
- Create and modify technical drawings using CAD software
- Assist in the design of custom press brake tools
- Collaborate with the MD and production team to ensure feasibility and manufacturability
- Operate Press Brake machines and Wire Eroders for testing and prototyping
- Maintain drawing standards and documentation for all designs
- Contribute to continuous improvement of design workflows and tools
Requirements of the CAD Designer:
- Technical Drawing and Drawing skills
- Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and solid works proficiency is essential
- Design Engineering knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
