Area Manager
Salary: Starting From £65,000 plus excellent benefits package including annual bonus.
Location: South Central Region – supporting our branches in Southampton, Fareham, Abingdon, Swindon, Banbury, and Heathrow.
Monday to Friday 08:45 to 17:00

As Area Services Manager, you will play a key role in the overall performance of your region. You are conscientious and trustworthy, able to positively influence the management team you support. You are passionate about detail and able to clearly communicate the bigger picture behind the data. Building relationships, finding solutions, and knowing when to question are part of your core skill set.
Reporting to the UK Services Director, you will be the services representative in your region. The main responsibility of the Area Manager is creating positive change and development through influence.
Travelling to meet with our branch managers and teams in person, is a requirement. Experience improving the performance of others is key, previous automotive experience is not necessary.

You will bring:

  • Direction – forming part of the South-Central team, working alongside the Regional Director and Branch Managers, helping to lead positive change.
