My client are a well established, international airline looking for a HR & Training Administrator to join their team. You must have previous experience.
Daily duties will include:
- Supporting all administrative HR activities for end of end employee lifecycle
- Support recruitment processes including handling of the application and short-listing process, liaising with candidates and scheduling of interviews, support hiring managers with interviews, preparing offers and contract of employment and referencing/ DBS checks.
- Responsible for tracking CAA regulations and compliance is met
- Support ER cases
- Supporting payroll and benefits
- Support absence management processes ensuring accuracy of information and audit training logs
- Liaise with external partners ie recruitment agencies (Heathrow Personnel), insurance vendors and suppliers
- Invoicing preparation and payment
- Conduct monthly timestamps reviews

- Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730
