Preferred Requirements:
- 5+ years PQE with strong experience in employer advice and senior executive matters
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality fee-earning work and making a profitable contribution to the Employment Team
- Ability to demonstrate a keen understanding of business development and a strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ambitious mindset with a drive to excel and contribute to the firm's growth
Preferred Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with relevant Employment law experience
- Additional qualifications or accreditations in Employment law or related legal areas
- Membership in professional legal bodies demonstrating continuous professional development
