Citadel Source is currently searching for an exceptional individual to join a well-established organisation and take up the role of Payroll Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone motivated and passionate about making a difference in the workplace. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the end-to-end process of the business's payroll, excellent attention to detail, and strong numerical skills. The ideal candidate will be able to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally and preferably have at least two years of experience in payroll.
As a Payroll Assistant, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate payroll records.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports and summaries for management review.
- Ownership of year-end processes and distribution of P11D, P60's, and other HMRC requirements.
- Respond to employee enquiries regarding payroll matters in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure new hires and leavers are processed efficiently.
What the client has to offer
- A salary level of £25,000 to £29,000
- Hybrid working policy (3 days per week for the right candidate).
- Location: Bristol City Centre
