Our client, an international media group is seeking a Qualified Accountant to lead their UK and Ire Corporate Accounting Team on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of accountants.
- Manage overhead costs, payroll, inter-company transactions, and fixed assets.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, tax, audit, and consolidation requirements.
- Support accounts payable and assist with SAP-related issues.
- Drive improvement projects within the GL area.
Experience Required:
- ACCA/ACA qualified with 5+ years of experience in a multinational organization.
- Strong technical accounting skills and experience with SAP, Business Warehouse
- Proven team management and project accounting experience.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
