Our HR Manager are agents of change, both within the function and the business at large. HR partnering is about being adaptive, proactive and a strategic enabler. Working across all aspects of the function's remit, the HR Business Partner is responsible for the implementation and success of HR policies and initiatives, to align with the growth of the business.

HR needs to understand, align, and partner with the organisation to demonstrate credibility. As an HR Manager you can expect to be responsible for the following;

  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
  • Analyse trends and metrics for discussion with your business leaders.
  • Help resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances throughout the region.
  • Work closely with management and colleagues to improve work relationships, build morale and increase engagement, performance and retention.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and legal guidance, as required.
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning through resourcing meetings and talent review process.
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals through the performance review process.
  • Using experience, skills and knowledge of the HR function, make an impact in key areas such as organisational change and development, reward and recognition, employee engagement (including employee relations) and talent analytics.
  • Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business.
  • Providing strategic and day to day leadership to drive the delivery of the business' HR plan.
  • Overseeing HR reporting, policies and processes.
  • Assisting in building strong talent pipelines and managing recruitment needs.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members and line managers.
  • Supporting line managers across the business on organisational structure and design.
  • Understanding the leadership challenges for the region and the implications for development.
  • Partnering with the business managers and leads, to define development solutions and provide 1:1 coaching for current and future leaders.
  • Help to develop, build and motivate teams through behavioural challenging and facilitation.
  • Partnering with the other HRBPs team to develop and deliver a resourcing plan, promoting internal mobility.
  • Ensuring operational procedures are effective and maximise the efficiency of routine activity to support HR service delivery.
  • Developing and sustaining effective working relationships throughout your region and with other support functions at Group level.
  • In conjunction with the HR team, help shape the People Plan.
