Our client is a Nursing & Care Agency based in Oldham, Greater Manchester. They assist and supply temporary agency staff to care homes within the health care sector by providing fully well trained experienced skilled staff and untrained staff to nursing homes or domiciliary care settings. They provide numerous clients in the healthcare sector with Senior Health Care Assistants (SHCA's), Health Care Assistants (HCA's) / Support Workers, Registered General Nurses (RGN's), Registered.

Job Description.

  • To manage a nursing agency and deal with the day to day running of the business
  • Generate new business sales activities to third parties.
  • Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues and generate business from Third parties.
  • Pay role is SAGE which is run weekly and is submitted to the accounts department for processing.
  • Experience of Payroll an advantage.
  • Recruitment experience is desirable as we look to employ staff to a new job role.
  • You will have experience of
  • Statutory documentation for each candidate, such as, right to work checks, DBS checks.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence, which includes application forms.
  • Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance which is amended daily sheard across units.
  • Filing and archiving of the personal staff data
  • Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets etc.
  • Compiling reports for weekly meetings.
  • Scheduling meetings, taking minutes.

This position requires a reliable individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills, be proficient in using various office software, and have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
