THE TRAINEE AV ENGINEER ROLE:
You will receive a lot of training to get involved in:
- Install and maintain AV systems, smart home technologies, and networking systems at various client sites across Dorset.
- Provide troubleshooting support and expert advice to clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Shadow senior engineers, participate in manufacturer training courses, and gain hands-on experience with our processes and equipment brands.
There are clear pathways for career progression to more senior engineering roles.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Ideally have experience as an electrician or trade, although not essential
- An interest in technology
- Willing to travel around Dorset and surrounding areas
- Full UK driving license
SALARY & BENEFITS YOU'LL RECEIVE AS TRAINEE AV ENGINEER:
- £25,000 - £35,000, dependent on experience
- 31 days holiday, including public holidays
