Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of classroom activities and materials.
- Implement safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
- Provide support for students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt learning activities accordingly.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum Level 2 UK child-related qualification, with a preference for Level 3.
- Experience: Classroom experience is essential.
- Safeguarding Training: Must have recent safeguarding training dated within the last year.
- DBS Certificate: Must possess an enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to obtain one.
