This role is for a Business Support Administrator in the Professional Services industry, based in Manchester.

Description

The key responsibilities of an Business Support Administrator candidate will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Supporting the efficient running of the office by managing administrative tasks.
  • Being the front of house receptionist
  • Facilitating communication between various departments.
  • Organising and maintaining files and records.
  • Creation of Project Profiles and CV's for technical staff
  • Supporting with charity work, "lunch and learns" and social events
  • Providing support in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Handling inquiries and directing them appropriately.
  • Arranging meeting, meeting rooms and lunches.

Profile

A successful 'Business Support Administrator' should have:

  • A strong educational background with a focus on business administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to multitask and prioritise work.
  • Ability to commute to Manchester.
