The key responsibilities of an Business Support Administrator candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
- Supporting the efficient running of the office by managing administrative tasks.
- Being the front of house receptionist
- Facilitating communication between various departments.
- Organising and maintaining files and records.
- Creation of Project Profiles and CV's for technical staff
- Supporting with charity work, "lunch and learns" and social events
- Providing support in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Handling inquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Arranging meeting, meeting rooms and lunches.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

- Ability to commute to Manchester.
