Organisation Effectiveness Change Manager

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving change? We are assisting our client to hire an Organisational Effectiveness Manager. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead large-scale, complex change initiatives that optimise efficiency, enhance productivity and reshape the future of the organisation.

You'll collaborate with senior leaders and ensure that every change you implement is deeply embedded, driving lasting impact. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at managing multiple priorities, and have a proven track record of delivering strategic people change, we are keen to hear from you!

  • Scope, design and deliver large-scale organisational effectiveness and people change projects, including organisational design, restructuring and workforce transitions.
  • Ensure that organisation change translates effectively into business processes, job roles and clear ways of working.
  • Use data and insights to inform programme decisions.
  • Work in partnership with internal stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are best practice and meet business needs.
  • Help to create and continually improve organisational effectiveness, change and frameworks.
  • Use established project management and delivery frameworks and tools to deliver people projects that support the delivery of the overarching people plans.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A strong generalist People/HR background within a large complex organisation, ideally with experience from change or organisational effectiveness.
  • Experience of scoping and delivering organisational effectiveness, design and people change initiatives, in a complex environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including experience of presenting and influencing senior management.
  • Strong data and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Resilience and tenacity to manage conflicting demands, with the ability to work in a changing environment with some level of ambiguity, sometimes to tight timeframes and under pressure.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office 365 tools and applications.

Please note: This is an initial 6 month contract, day rate inside IR35, with a hybrid working pattern.
