Contracts Manager (Cladding / Remediation) - Central London - Immediate Start

A specialist cladding / remediation Contracts Manager is required to oversee the aftercare and recladding works on several completed high rise projects around Central / West London. The schemes are primarily in the residential sector but may also include commercial and education projects too. Ideally candidates will have a strong background in facade / cladding packages with a large main contractor or specialist subcontractor and also have experience working within a 'live environment'.

The successful Contracts Manager will be highly motivated, be able to work across multiple sites and have proven experience working to tight deadlines. This is a temp role for a minimum of 6 months with a view to potentially then going permanent.

Role/duties:

  • Ensure smooth construction process including
  • Managing of all site labour and sub-contractors
  • Management of the programme & minimising/eliminating potential programme delays

Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
