A part-time office-based Administrator role is available to join a small friendly team at their offices in Redditch. Working 15 hours per week, to be mutually agreed across 5 days per week. A temporary position covering maternity leave, this will be for a minimum of 6 months.

As the Administrator you will be -

  • Processing and managing sales orders using Sage
  • Query handling both calls and emails
  • Filing orders, delivery notes and invoices
  • Liasing with the factory on delivery dates
  • Conducting stock takes
  • Assisting with general administration within the team
  • Updating spreadsheets and completing formulas

Ideally for this role you will have experience of -

  • Processing sales orders in a manufacturing/engineering environment
  • Raising purchase orders & sales invoices
  • Using Sage and Microsoft packages

A temporary Administrator position for a minimum of 6 months offering -

  • Pay rate of £11.50 - 13.00p/h dependent on experience
  • Free parking on site and accessible by public transport
  • 15 hours per week, 3 hours a day across Monday - Friday (hours flexible to suit)
