Your new company
This well-established and successful organisation is seeking a PA to support their senior leadership on a temporary basis for up to 3 months.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing PA support to their MD. This includes organising travel and accommodation, amending bookings, diary management, organising senior meetings, booking and setting up meeting rooms, organising attendees, preparing agendas and taking actions from meetings, handling expenses and credit card reconciliations and any other ad-hoc duties needed by the MD and other senior management.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previously worked in a PA position before and supported directors and senior leaders to be successful in this role. You're immediately available for work and can get to the site in Wythenshawe easily. You're well-organised with excellent time management skills. You are IT literate and can pick up new systems easily. You have excellent communication skills and have experience liaising and working with senior management.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an excellent hourly rate of up to £17.50 depending on experience. You will also have some opportunity to work from home 1 day a week after training. You'll be working for a well-established business that can offer a lot of opportunity for development.
