Role Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring all compliance requirements are met and accounts are delivered on time
- Leading and mentoring a team of accountants, overseeing their workload and development
- Reviewing and finalising accounts, tax returns, and other financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on accounting, tax, and business matters
- Ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded, while maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting the Business Services department in delivering outstanding client service and identifying opportunities for business growth
- Demonstrating commercial awareness by understanding clients' businesses and offering strategic advice that adds value

Candidate Requirements:
- ACA or ACCA qualified with previous experience in a managerial role within an accountancy firm
- Proven experience in managing a portfolio of clients and delivering high-quality accounts and financial statements
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of accountants
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
