Store Manager wanted for an evolving Lifestyle Retailer
Location: Central London
Salary: up to £45k + bonus
The Store Manager role:
You will be the driving force of our business demonstrating a will to win, passion for people, is future focused and demonstrates exceptional standards of execution
Has strong strategic and analytical thinking in seeking activity to maximise all business opportunities and actively drives and achieves store sales, KPI's and business profit through inspirational motivation
Builds and develops a highly effective team through engaging communication, coaching and training, empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
Manages in store HR operations - recruitment, onboarding, employee relations,
payroll, performance management, training, and development of the store team
Candidate Experience:
Minimum of 2 years retail as a store manager, or an experienced Assistant Manager ready for their next step
Experience within the fashion, homeware, lifestyle sectors preferable
Able to inspire and motivate a team
An excellent communicator
An engaging and successful leader
Proven commercial acumen and productivity focused.
