Accounting Administrator | Belfast | Permanent opportunity
Reed Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a client within the engineering / construction industry in Belfast and are actively recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join their team.
This is a full time position, office based and the hours of work are 8am to 4.30pm.
Reporting to the Accounts Manager, The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices with accuracy and attention to detail and will support across the wider accounts function.
Specific duties will include:
Supplier Invoice input to Sage software (high volume)
Statement reconciliation
Dispute resolution and filing
Other duties include Visa and Petty Cash Invoice entry, setting up new Jobs, raising Sales Invoices
Intercompany Invoicing for 3 Companies within the group
The Person:
Candidates will have 12 months accounts experience, ideally gained within in the Construction or engineering Industry and will have the ability to carry out their duties with competence and a high level of accuracy.
Candidates will be looking for career progression and will be eager to learn.
An ATI part professional qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.
A knowledge of Sage software is preferred.
