We are working with a respected Financial Planning & Investment Management organisation to recruit an additional Financial Services Administrator. Our client has offices across the UK and a particularly strong presence in the South/South West of England, the business have an outstanding reputation and are at an exciting stage of growth.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking to recruit an additional Administrator to join their team. This will be a hands on and busy position providing support to successful Financial Planners, Paraplanners & clients. It will be a busy & varied position; some duties will include:

  • Maintain accurate client information on the internal back-office system
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with the Financial Planners and their clients
  • Ensure that client files pre & post meeting contain all relevant information and paperwork, ensuring that all client data is accurate and up to date
  • Assist with onboarding new clients
  • Liaise with third parties including providers to obtain information

This role would suit an individual with previous administration experience within a financial services organisation, ideally financial planning although not a necessity. You should have good problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of the industry as a whole.
