The Role: We are on the lookout for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team in a 360-recruitment role. You will specialise in various vertical market sectors, helping leading businesses find high-calibre talent within the Project and Programme Management, and Change and Transformation fields.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and manage your own markets, covering both interim and permanent appointments across all levels.
- Build and nurture direct client relationships through proactive business development activities.
- Identify, engage, and promote top talent within the industry.
- Manage the full candidate cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to placement and follow-up.
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout their job search journey.
