Private Client Account Executive - What will you be doing?
Prospect new leads and sales
Client visits / initial contact.
Facting finding, sourcing the most appropiate policy for the client
Negotiation and presentation to insurers in order to secure most appropriate cover for the client.
Cross selling business and referrals.
Monitor own sales performance in line with targets and effectively manage the client portfolio.
Handle any complaints in accordance with regulation, the Company's Conduct Policy and Guide to Best Practice
Achieve and maintain a high level of customer service and promote exceptional customer care standards at all times.
Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with all clients and ensure expert advice in all areas of business.
Private Clients Account Executive - Main duties (but not limited to)
Ensure accuracy, efficiency and professionalism when dealing with both client and insurer in all aspects of the role:
New business
Renewals
Mid Term Adjustments
Claims
Queries
Premium financing arrangements
Advising clients on existing products in accordance with their needs
Ensure bad debt queries are dealt with efficiently and in line with company procedure.
Compliant with FCA regulation and company procedures as detailed in the Conduct Polices and Guides to Best Practice.
Any other business required by the business
Private Client Account Executive - What do you get?
Competitive basic salary up to £50 K (Depends on Experience)
Hybrid working (TBD)
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
