Role Overview:

In this office-based role, the successful candidate will be the key link in processing customer orders, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be part of a collaborative team, working from the Dundee office, and contributing to a fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and manage orders for account customers
  • Ensure timely and precise delivery of orders
  • Communicate with customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to solve order-related issues

What They Are Looking For:

  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy

  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
