Customer Care/Service Advisor (Fashion)

Our client's business was established over a decade ago, they started selling clothes on social media and have grown a large following across all platforms. Now they sell their clothes to a consumer base spanning across the entire country in large quantities via their online store on their website.

The successful candidate will be part of the customer service team responding to all email, phone and social media enquiries, assisting customers with product enquiries, order and delivery queries.

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, telephone and social media.
  • Objection / complaint handling in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
  • Liaising with internal departments to investigate and resolve customer order issues through to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Process compensation, credits and negotiate discounts with customers in line with company guidelines.
  • Take payments in line with PCI compliance.

Personal Requirements:

  • Basic IT skills required. (Full training will be given on internal IT systems).
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Highly organised and willing go the extra mile for the customer.
  • Can-do attitude and is a good team player.
  • An interest in fashion / understanding of online shopping or background in clothing retail is desirable.
  • Previous experience using Shopify would be a great advantage.

Working Hours: 9:00am - 17:00pm / Mon - Fri

Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependant on experience and skills)
