Management Accountant- hybrid working

Sheridan Maine are excited to be working with a leading global brand organisation that are actively recruiting for a Management Accountant to join their UK finance department.

The company is located in North Hampshire, offer hybrid working and will be recruiting on a long term contract basis.

Key duties of the role include:

  • Production of key management accounts
  • Ensuring timely month end reporting
  • Ownership of balance sheet control accounts
  • Budgets and forecasting
  • Fixed assets and depreciation
  • Processing IFRS 16 journals
  • KPI and BI reporting
  • Providing variance analysis and commentary for senior management
  • Assist with year end statutory accounts and audit

Skills and experience required for this role include:

  • Prior experience of working in retail or similar industry
  • IFRS 16 / Lease accounting knowledge
  • Advanced IT skills
  • Deadline driven and highly organised
  • CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified or part qualified
  • Good presentation skills
