Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with Estimates and Maintenance Works
- Sending estimates, following and liaising with customer
- Scheduling accepted work and ordering equipment
- Send maintenance reminders and renewal invoices
- Schedule maintenance and new client surveys
Administration and Office Management
- Perform scanning, post, and general administration tasks
- Answer all incoming enquiries and meet and greet visitors.
- Manage office supplies and maintain office tidiness
- Prepare for training days
- Support departments as needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior administration experience
- Strong ability to connect with customers and nurture relationships
- Confident communication skills
- Organised and accurate
