Digital Transformation Analyst

Salary: From £50,000 plus an excellent benefits package

Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid working approach

Working hours: Monday – Friday

As a Digital Transformation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in steering our company through the digital age. Your expertise in intelligent automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and a data-first approach will drive efficiency and innovation across our commercial operations.

You will use your analytical experience and business understanding to identify where we stand today, and apply a solution focussed mindset to map the next steps in our journey.

In this role you will:

  • Analyse existing processes and engage business functions to understand problems and challenges that can be addressed by digitalisation.
  • Evaluate, scope and propose digital solutions that enhance our commercial operations processes and customer experiences.
  • Lead projects focused on intelligent automation to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) technologies that support operational excellence in sales, services and supporting functions.
  • Champion a data-first culture, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and data utilisation in decision-making processes.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and propose strategic initiatives for digital advancement.
  • Measure and report on the impact of digital transformation efforts, providing actionable insights to senior management.

You are:

  • Diligent – operating with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Solutions focussed – able to identify gaps and proactively find ways to map next steps.
  • An excellent communicator – building rapport with stakeholders to identify problem statements, going out of your way to work cross functionally throughout the business, building trust and understanding.
  • An experienced analyst – a proven track record working with businesses to assess, identify and map workflows, ideally within the automation and digitalisation sector.
