Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed suitability reports and financial planning recommendations for clients.
  • Conduct research and analysis on products including pensions, investments, and protection solutions.
  • Assist advisers in preparing for client meetings, providing comprehensive technical support.
  • Liaise with clients and providers to ensure the smooth implementation of financial plans.
  • Ensure all reports and advice adhere to FCA compliance standards.
  • Maintain and update client files, keeping records accurate and up-to-date.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications).

What we're looking for:

  • Diploma-qualified (DipPFS or equivalent), with a strong understanding of financial planning and products.
  • Experience in a paraplanning role within an IFA or wealth management firm.
  • Excellent report-writing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Intelligent Office, Voyant) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
