Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed suitability reports and financial planning recommendations for clients.
- Conduct research and analysis on products including pensions, investments, and protection solutions.
- Assist advisers in preparing for client meetings, providing comprehensive technical support.
- Liaise with clients and providers to ensure the smooth implementation of financial plans.
- Ensure all reports and advice adhere to FCA compliance standards.
- Maintain and update client files, keeping records accurate and up-to-date.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications).

What we're looking for:
- Diploma-qualified (DipPFS or equivalent), with a strong understanding of financial planning and products.
- Experience in a paraplanning role within an IFA or wealth management firm.
- Excellent report-writing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Intelligent Office, Voyant) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
