Novax Recruitment is actively seeking an Senior Business Support Officer in Liverpool. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:
- This post is to support the Workforce Development / Academy team, Practice Development Officers and Principal Social Worker to ensure the team run smoothly and effectively in the management of all student and ASYE placements
- Organisation of training booking events room invite, track attendance, certificate issuing
- Diary Management/Meeting arrangements for Head of Service
- Issue and recall IT equipment
- Purchase orders from training commissioning - this includes that supervision training
The candidate:
- Experience working in an administrative capacity is essential
- Experience working in a similar role for a local authority is highly desirable, especially if this was for children's services
- Proficient in the most popular IT systems
