Compass Corporate services are proud to be working with a leading national health care organisation to recruit a Finance Analyst based in Milton Keynes corporate office who will be required to be on site full time. It is a very exciting time to join this well established, market leading organisation as they build their finance team following the appointment of a new CFO and Financial Controller. As the Finance Analyst you will play a pivotal part in supporting the Management Accountant and Financial Controller to shape the accounting and reporting processes within the department and across the company and supporting the Financial Controller in the delivery of a robust reporting and control environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will report directly to the Management Accountant of the business and As the Financial Analyst you will support the Management Accountant and Financial Controller in the accurate and timely delivery of financial information to the Board of Directors and other stakeholders when requested and on a recurring basis. The post holder is expected to adopt a professional and caring attitude, with a polite and courteous manner in all aspects of communication. This role works closely under the guidance of the Chief Financial Officer, Financial Controller and the Management Accountant.
Requirements
- To support the Management Accountant in all aspects of the Finance Department's deliverables and outputs
- Relevant Experience of working in a finance team setting.
- To support the Financial Controller and Management Accountant in managing target delivery and working capital management to the highest level
- To assist in the preparation of all external financial returns; monthly, quarterly and annual compliance submissions to all relevant authorities including HMRC, Banking and Investment partners, and all external authorities including the Office of National Statistics
- To provide support with the production of all overall monthly performance monitoring reports on income and expenditure including board packs
Location
The Corporate offices are based in Milton Keynes and you will be required to work on site full time.
