Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and a team player? Our client is seeking a dynamic Logistics Events Assistant to join their Event Management and Facilities teams.
You will be responsible for the efficient movement and set-up of various items and furniture, ensuring that event spaces are meticulously prepared on time according to client requirements. You will play a vital role in supporting a wide range of events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise, move, and set up furniture and facilities in line with event specifications and standard operating procedures.
- Clear down facilities post-event and prepare event spaces for subsequent setups.
- Meet event timelines.
- Work with clients to meet expectations
- Carry out Risk Assessment and support the safety team.
- Identify and recommend best practices within your work areas.
