  • Working collaboratively and engaging with all functional areas of the business to deliver the Marketing Plan, the Company values and contributing to the Company "One Team" Vision.
  • Plan deliver and measure strategic marketing initiatives that create an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint, and take the lead in managing cross-functional teams in order
  • Ensure marketing activity and spend is in line with agreed marketing budget and identify opportunities for efficiencies within marketing activities that will optimise ROI for the Company.
  • Manage relationships with selected marketing agencies, freelance contractors and material suppliers to ensure we are regarded as a valued partner, and in turn benefits from it.
  • Ensure clear project briefs, accurate cost control, and on-going project management is in place for all marketing agencies, to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of work
  • Engage with marketing forums, events and communities to maintain CPD and bring novel ideas on the latest marketing trends, innovation and best practices into our business

Profile

  • Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Marcom team within a B2B environment
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Demonstrates a creative ability to brainstorm innovative methods of campaigning
