Showroom Trade Consultant
My client, a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of premium tiles, kitchens, and bathroom products, is seeking a driven and professional Showroom Trade Consultant. This role is based in a high-end showroom and focuses on building relationships with trade professionals, ensuring a first-class customer experience.
- Hours: Monday to Friday (42.5 hours per week)
- Salary: Up to £30,000 + Uncapped Commission + Company Car
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the customer database, keeping trade clients up to date with the latest products, promotions, and company updates.
- Build strong relationships with trade customers, including bespoke developers, builders, contractors, and project managers.
- Provide expert product knowledge to help clients choose the best solutions for their projects.
- Maintain regular contact with trade professionals to ensure they have the latest specifications, pricing, and technical information.
- Proactively engage with clients to promote the company's high-quality, innovative products, highlighting unique selling points that set the brand apart from competitors.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, promptly resolving any issues.
- Set and strive to exceed ambitious sales targets on both a monthly and yearly basis.

- At least 1 year's experience in a similar role.
