Rubicon's client are a global company that accelerates growth for brands by conducting meticulous market research and providing products to brands worldwide. There looking for a new Sales Support Executive to join the sales team to introduce customers to products from client portfolios.

As Sales Support Executive, you will:
- Provide administrative support for the sales team, customers and clients
- Process orders onto the in-house CRM system
- Investigate orders, incorrect pricing, delivery issues and discrepancies
- Respond to customers re orders, product quires and complaints and resolve issues
- Accurately execute administrative tasks and identify timesaving techniques the company could adopt
- Continually research and maintain knowledge of the market and industry
To be the successful Sales Support Executive, you'll have
- At least 2 years' experience within a fast-paced customer service environment
- Previous experience within the FMCG industry (desirable)
- Excellent accuracy skills
- A positive and friendly attitude with a willingness to offer a high level of customer service
- Quality IT Skills, having used CRMs to generate reports and analyse sales results
- A passion for cooperating with colleagues and a willingness to succeed
