Ward: Memory Assessment & Community Dementia Service
Pay Rates: £21.80 per hour
Shift Patterns: 37.5 Mon - Fri 8.00 4.00pm (30 min break)

What you can add:
- Make a significant and specialist contribution in the memory assessment and community dementia service.
- Assess service users using a variety of assessment tools, specialised observational and communication skills.
What you'll need:
- Relevant Professional Qualification in OT
- Current unrestricted registration with HCPC
- Specialist knowledge across a range of procedures and theory
- Professional knowledge acquired through degree/ diploma.
- Significant experience of undertaking Occupational Therapy assessment, formulation, risk assessment and positive risk taking
- Substantial experience in a dementia or mental health setting.
- Must be car driver.
