A hugely successful, award-winning business in Thame are looking for a Data Analyst to join one of their largest brand accounts. This is an entry level role where you are actively encouraged to develop, so can be offered genuine career opportunities. The role is a full time, permanent position with the option of hybrid working once trained.
The Role
As a Data Analyst, your main aim is to provide effective and efficient reporting and analytical support within the team. Duties include:
- Production and distribution of weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders and client in a timely manner.
- Working closely with the Field Team to provide data insight to allow them to manage field targets, incentives and bonus payments.
- Ensuring data validation across various platforms, identifying data integrity issues and recognising inaccuracies or inconsistencies.
- Analysing the collected data, identifying and highlighting relevant information from large datasets and delivering the findings in the required format.
- Undertaking additional tasks, data exports, or projects as needed.
About You
We are looking for someone who has high attention to detail, enjoys working with large data sets and isn't afraid to question if something doesn't look right.
- Either a Graduate or minimum 1 years' experience.
- Strong team player.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient (advanced level) in Excel.
- High attention to detail to drive accuracy and consistency.
- Excellent planning & organisational skills.
- Live within commutable distance of Thame and have a driving licence.
Other
- Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours per week.
- Once up and running, you can move to a hybrid split of 3 days in / 2 days WFH.
- £27 - £32k DOE, plus benefits.
