Job Type: Full Time

Hours: 8:30 - 16:30 or 9:00 - 17:00 (office based) with the option to work from home once a week.

Salary: £25,000

Role Overview

Our client is ideally looking to secure a robust Sales Administrator to join their Service Aftersales team. The objective of this assignment will be to help them through a particularly busy period, clearing outstanding backlog and processing quotations.

Although this is an administration role, strong customer service skills and an outgoing personality will be required.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities - Sales Administrator:

  • Proving quality administrative support to the existing Sales and Service team.
  • Issue accurate and timely proposals containing documentation relevant to each quotation.
  • Work closely with engineers, service and sales to provide the best possible customer service.
  • Ensure that all relevant CRM fields are accurately completed at all times.
  • Following up on existing and potential quotations and encouraging repeat business.
  • Effectively managing inbound customer calls and email queries.
  • Working efficiently through vast amounts of data.
  • Providing technical support and and additional technical information to customers when required.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience within office administration, processing quotes, orders or pricing.
  • Experience in working with SAP or similar Experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Attention to detail Excellent written communication skills
  • Organised
  • Highly numerical
  • Good technical understanding with an interest in understanding a diverse product range
  • Outgoing and customer driven nature
