Position Overview:
You will join the team as a Management Accountant and play a pivotal role in supporting the financial operations of our company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, provide strategic insights, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts.
- Conducting variance analysis and trend identification.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial guidance and support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (QBE will be considered).
- Experience in the production of monthly management accounts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency is Sage & Power BI will be an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
