Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to your next step in a fast-paced world of fire protection? Starting Point Recruitment is thrilled to present a permanent position within West Midlands for our esteemed client.
Position: Permanent Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (based on experience)
Working Hours: Full time, Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm / Friday 9am-4pm - Flexibility required.

What Are We Looking For? Join our client's busy Commercial Team as a Quantity Surveyor with experience in the sprinkler sector.
Specific requirements include:
- Full clean driving licence
- Previous experience in fire protection or construction services
- Knowledge of construction management principles
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Your Duties Will Include:
- Providing commercial assistance to project teams
- Reviewing tender stage terms and conditions
- Conducting monthly progress valuations
- Submitting variations in a timely manner
- Monitoring site progress and delays
- Mentoring junior team members
- Attending site visits and client meetings
