Located in Carmarthenshire, our service is a relatively large property, tailored to the needs of the people we support. We provide support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs, including challenging behaviour.

Your New Job Role

As a Support Worker/Carer, you will work full-time, 39 hours per week across night shifts, earning £12.00 per hour. Your role will involve providing practical assistance and emotional support to empower the people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations. You will promote their health, well-being, physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual beliefs in an inclusive way. Additionally, you will perform general housekeeping duties, including shopping, domestic tasks, and elements of personal care, and complete a range of records and documents.

What You Will Need to Succeed

We are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate, and committed individuals who respect the dignity of the people they support. Adaptability, flexibility, and excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work as part of a team. Experience with challenging behaviour and/or learning disabilities is preferred, but all necessary training will be provided. A driving licence is an essential requirement, and you must be able to reliably commute to Carmarthen for your shifts.
