Antony James Recruitment Ltd are delighted to be working with an established group in recruiting a Business Administrator. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the business operations, including sales, finance, processing, reporting, and general administration.

Main Duties

  • Managing sales orders, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring efficient order processing and fulfilment.
  • Assisting with financial record-keeping, including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Streamlining operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity across the organisation.
  • Generating regular reports on key performance metrics, sales figures, financial data, and other relevant information to inform decision-making
  • Providing administrative support to various departments, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organised documentation.

Required Experience

  • Proven verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prepare reports and budgets
  • Excellent filing and sorting skills and the ability to manage business correspondence
  • Excellent bookkeeping skills and proficiency with relevant computer software
  • Rapid data entry, attention to details and good editing skills
  • Ability to operate office gadgets such as printers and copiers
  • Excellent people and customer service skills
  • Good research skills, data analysis and the ability to translate complex data into a simple format
