Description

As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be handling a range of enquiries ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.

The role will be mainly telephone based and will also be responding to customers over email and webchat!

Profile

Ideally some customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds

A confident telephone manner

Excellent customer service skills

The ability to work in a fast paced environment

A good team player
