IT Business Analyst

Robert Half have partnered with a client near Cirencester to recruit for an IT Business Analyst on a permanent basis, paying up to £50,000 with hybrid working (expectations to be onsite 3 days a week, 2 days WFH). You will be responsible for supporting the business on the delivery of business and technology change.

The Role

  • Gathering, documenting and obtaining appropriate approval of requirements and business processes, including delivery of business analysis work estimates and planning support
  • Investigation of issues requiring business analysis and leading business analysis workshops
  • Identifying, developing and proposing recommendations for improvement
  • Drive activity within Internal teams and 3rd party suppliers to deliver the right business outcomes
  • Support testing, business implementation and training activities as required

About You

  • Extensive business analysis experience within Financial Services
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels
  • Experience of new systems, new products and service launches

On Offer

  • Up to £50,000
  • Hybrid working (3 days a week in office, 2 days WFH)
  • 10% pension contribution (non-contributory)
  • Up to 10% performance related bonus
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
