7.5 Tonne Drivers Wanted - Immediate Start (Multiple Positions)

Berry Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our well-established national client for 7.5 Tonne Drivers to start immediately.

Our client operates a busy and expanding operation, looking for experienced drivers to join their team. This role offers plenty of paid bonuses and ongoing training, making it a great opportunity for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver goods safely and efficiently across the region.
  • Maintain excellent customer service when dealing with clients and the public.
  • Start time can vary from 06:00amuntil finish (some days may be longer during peak times).

Essential Requirements:

  • A full valid UK driving licence (with no more than 6 points for minor offences).
  • Held Category C1 (7.5 Tonne) for at least 1 year.
  • Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card.
  • Good geographical knowledge and the ability to navigate using maps.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate well with clients and the public.
  • Adherence to all EU driving regulations.

Preferred but not essential:

  • Experience driving a 7.5 tonne van.

Additional Information:

  • Drivers are required to work a minimum of 8 hours per day, with the potential for overtime during peak periods.
  • This position starts as a temporary role but may become permanent for the right candidate.
